Geordanna Morris obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from the Australian National University in 2004. This was followed by a Master of Science in Genetic Counselling from Griffith University in 2006, for which she received an award for academic excellence. After working as a prenatal genetic counsellor at Sydney Ultrasound for Women, Geordanna embarked on ultrasound training and more recently completed a Graduate Diploma in Medical Sonography from the University of South Australia.
After living in Sydney for a number of years, Geordanna returned to Canberra to gain experience in all aspects of general sonography. She has a keen interest in obstetrics and women’s imaging including Nuchal Translucency screening.
Geordanna joined the team at Canberra Specialist Ultrasound in early 2011 and is excited by the opportunity to work with leading medical ultrasound specialists to provide a caring and effective service for patients.
